WOODHAVEN SPORTS WARRANTY AND RETURN POLICY
All returns are treated on a case by case basis and must be initiatedby first calling us directly to explain the reason for the return. Please be advised you need the below information before a return will be authorized.
- All returns must have a proof of purchase. Product returned to Woodhaven Sports without a proof of purchase will not be refunded. Woodhaven Sports is not responsible for product returns without a proper return authorization or proof of purchase.
- All product returns must have a Return Authorization number that is provided by Woodhaven Sports. If a product is returned without a proper Return Authorization number the product will be signed for and taken into possession by Woodhaven Sports without refund. Woodhaven Sports is not responsible for product returns without a proper RA Number.
- Product that is returned and determined by Woodhaven Sports to be due to a manufacturers defect will be replaced with like product if available at no cost to the consumer. If a product is returned with a Return Authorization number and proof of purchase for defective reasons and it is determined by Woodhaven Sports that it is not defective and is evaluated as normal wear and tear then theunit will only be returned to the customer if the customer pays for the shipping cost.
- Units that are returned with a Return Authorization number and a proof of purchase for defective merchandise reasons that are determined by Woodhaven Sports to be under normal wear and tear will be taken into possession by Woodhaven Sports after five business days once Woodhaven Sports has given written notice via email or has verbally communicated the evaluation to the customer. Customers who elect and pay for shipping back to them will be provided a tracking number via email.
- Please note thatunits that show significant wear and tear from normal, expected use will not be replaced and will not be considered as defective merchandise.
Woodhaven Sports endeavors to provide customers with quality product and exceptional customer service. We will evaluate every product returned and clearly inspect each reason for a returned product based on the information provided by the customer. We do however expect that each customer clearly and honestly review their unit prior to calling Woodhaven Sports to identify if in fact it is a warranty issue or if it is clearly a wear and tear issue.
